US Shipping

Free Shipping on all orders above $49: Applies to contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO addresses and Canada). Two Day and USPS Priority Mail services are available at an additional charge.

For all orders, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail when your package is shipped. Please double-check your information as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly input addresses.

 

Tracking your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, clicking My Orders, and then clicking on the order you would like to track.

Cancelling your Order

We ship orders quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

To cancel your order, click on the View My Order Link on your order confirmation email and click cancel. Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

We ship Monday through Friday to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders received before 12pm Eastern time will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST, will ship the following following business day.

Free Shipping: Your package will arrive between 3-8 business days within the contiguous United States.

Expedited: Delivery within 2 business days to most areas; applicable for Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii shipments only. Delivery days are Monday through Friday and don't include holidays. Please note that Expedited orders placed after 12 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times. Note: Expedited Shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes.

USPS Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail packages typically arrive within 2-3 days after shipment. USPS delivers on Saturday, but does not deliver on Sunday.

Please note that Priority Mail orders placed after 12 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day.

Step 1: Fill the Cup

Add tap water or drinking water to the stainless steel cup until the water reaches the MIN line. Place the cup on a flat surface and avoid filling above the marked line.

Step 2: Insert the Silicone Mold

Gently place the silicone mold into the cup. Press it down slowly and evenly until it is fully seated. A small amount of water may come out through the vent opening during this step.

Step 3: Freeze for 16+ Hours

Place the assembled mold upright on a flat surface in the freezer. Freeze for at least 16 hours. A longer freezing time may be needed depending on the freezer temperature and how often the freezer door is opened.

Step 4: Remove the Silicone Mold

Take the mold out of the freezer. Hold the stainless steel cup securely and carefully pull the silicone mold out of the cup. Do not twist or force it excessively.

Leave the silicone mold at room temperature for about 2 minutes. This allows the outside of the ice to loosen slightly, making the mold easier to open.

Gently open the silicone mold and remove the clear ice ball. Slight bubbles, minor cloudiness, or a small opening at the bottom of the ice ball may occur and are normal.
