SMOKE MEETS CLEAR ICE

Keep the aroma forward and the pour cold.

Smoke adds aroma and ceremony. A large clear sphere keeps the drink cold with less exposed surface area than many small cubes.

Before your first smoke.

Do I need a torch?

The two featured kits include a refillable torch. Butane is not included, so fill the torch with compatible standard butane before first use.

What drinks can I smoke?

Use the smoker with whiskey, bourbon, Old Fashioneds and other cocktails. Start with a short infusion and adjust the intensity to taste.

How long should I let the smoke sit?

Start briefly, then taste. Wood-chip type, chip quantity and resting time all affect the aroma.

What wood chips are included?

The two featured kits include six flavors: oak, walnut, cherry, apple, pear and peach.

Does the kit include clear ice makers?

The featured Wood Barrel and Pure Black kits each include two clear-ice makers and two whiskey glasses. Other kits in the collection may differ; check the product page.
