What shipping options do you offer?

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing within the contiguous United States.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $35 or more.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account, click Support-Track Order, and select the order you wish to track.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders must be canceled before they ship. To cancel, click the Track Order link in your order confirmation email and select cancel. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact support@wibimen.com. Returns sent without requesting approval will not be accepted.
